Robert is a barrister who was called to the Bar in March 2017. He specialises in personal injury and insurance law (including workers’ compensation, CTP, public liability and medical negligence), and acts for both claimants and respondents. 

He has a special interest in catastrophic injuries and is well-versed in the National Injury Insurance Scheme.

Prior to commencing at the Bar, Robert worked in both private practice and Government (Crown Law), with a focus on personal injury / insurance claims, administration law, government insurance, and public law. He also assisted in various Commissions of Inquiry, including for the 2011 Queensland Floods Commission, the Barrett Adolescent Centre Commission,  and the 2016 Youth Justice Review.
