David is a junior barrister practising in family, administrative and employment law. Prior to joining the private Bar, he practised as an employed barrister with the Queensland Department of Justice and Attorney-General.
David has appeared before a range of courts and tribunals including the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Divisions I and II), the Supreme Court, the District Court, the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal, the Mental Health Review Tribunal and industrial tribunals.
Before commencing his legal career, he was a registered psychologist and also held senior executive roles in human resources and employee relations.
