About Charlotte

Charlotte Campbell graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts (Political Science & Public Policy) from the University of Queensland in 2013.

Over the next few years, Charlotte worked as a solicitor specialising in personal injury and insurance matters at a national law firm. In her final year as a solicitor, Charlotte specialised in institutional abuse matters.

She has a focused civil practice acting in workers’ compensation, motor vehicle accident, and public liability matters for plaintiffs and defendants. Charlotte also acts in life insurance matters involving TPD and income protection insurance and accepts estate litigation briefs, including family provision applications.

Charlotte is a Past President of Queensland Young Lawyers and a Past Australian Representative for Queensland at the Young Lawyers Committee of the Law Council of Australia.

She won the Women’s Law Association of Queensland (WLAQ) Emergent Lawyer of the Year Award in 2018 and was a finalist in the Lawyers Weekly Young Gun of the Year Award in 2017.

Charlotte regularly volunteers for walk-in advice clinics at the Pine Rivers Community Legal Service.
