Anthony is an experienced and versatile trial and appellate advocate.

He has a broad commercial practice in State and Federal Courts, with a particular focus in the areas of insurance, trade practices and employment law.

His public law practice, which is predominantly judicial and merits review, spans a broad range of areas including disciplinary matters, veterans’ law and workers compensation.

Anthony’s diverse practice includes Wills and Estates, acting for numerous survivors of sexual abuse in the Australian Defence Force and prosecuting and defending regulatory offences.

He has extensive court and tribunal experience, advising or acting in proceedings for and against Commonwealth and State Agencies, in the Federal and Supreme Courts, the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal. 

Anthony also has significant experience in coronial inquests having acted, for example, in the Dreamworld Inquest.
