Jessie Pagliano
About Jessie
Jessie Pagliano graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the Queensland University of Technology in 2015.
Jessie then worked as a solicitor in the Ethics Centre at the Queensland Law Society, as an Associate for his Honour Judge McGill SC of the District Court of Queensland, and as a solicitor at Murphy Schmidt Solicitors. From 2018 to 2023, Jessie worked at Crown Law across teams including the Government Insurance and Risk branch, the Attorney-General Advocacy branch, and Constitutional Law (human rights stream) branch.
Jessie was called to the Bar in 2021; she continued to work at Crown Law. In 2023, she commenced practice at the private Bar, practising in insurance law and common law, particularly in the historical institutional abuse space.
In 2019, Jessie completed the National Mediation Accreditation. She accepts briefs in historical institutional abuse, worker’s compensation, motor vehicle accident and public liability claims.
